When my wife and I decided it was time to sell our house in this very crazy market of realty I was given the advice to interview Dakota to be our realtor. After the interview my wife and I knew he was our guy. We knew we were immediately in great hands.
Dakota's knowledge, his advice, and his professionalism shined through the entire time of going through the process. We had our price of what we thought our house could sell for and Dakota had his much higher, and guess what? His is what it's sold for. If not for Dakota we would have left a chunk of money on the table.

Over the past 2 years the real estate market has been challenge for potential home buyers. My wife and I were in and out of that market and once we found a home for sale by owner it was time to call the professionals to get our house sold. A Co worker who used Dakota and company many times referred us. From the first talk on the phone we knew he would be a great fit to our situation. Everything from the open house, to showings and finally going through contracts and closing was absolutely seamless. Any questions that needed answered were done quickly. Dakota was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind in helping my wife and I find a home that would suit us, (our then) soon-to-be born son and two dogs. He showed us many homes that met our criteria in one manor or another, plus a ton of options for homes we had not yet considered.
When we eventually decided on the home we wanted to purchase, Dakota did everything to ensure that our end of the offer was delivered promptly and immediately. We never "waited" on Dakota for anything - the only real downtime we experienced was with the sellers. Dakota worked days, weekends, and nights with us and for that, I could not be more grateful.
Dakota fought hard for the concessions the sellers made and we are so thrilled to have met such a wonderful, intelligent, and experienced realtor. This was our first time buying a home and instead of Dakota making me feel green, he was informative and empowered my wife and I to demand more compromise from the sellers. I was nervous that he'd just be like one of those TV realtors looking to stuff his own wallet and upsell, upsell, upsell. This could not be further from the truth.
